If you are over 16 and living in the North East you can:

♥ Fill in an online referral form

♦ Ask another professional to contact us

Once you let us know you need help, we’ll contact you to talk about how we can support you.

We’re here for you, and you’re not alone

Telephone Appointment

A warm and friendly therapist will call you to find out more.

They will find out:

♠ What has been bothering you

♣ What support you need

♥ How to keep you safe

You will explore the different options available and together you will come up with a treatment plan. 

Weekly Support

Appointments will be offered at the same time each week.

The length of treatment will be based on your individual needs.

You may be offered:

♥ High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

♦ High Intensity Counselling

♣ Guided Self Help

♠ Low Intensity Counselling

♥ Groups and Workshops

♦ Interpersonal Psychotherapy

♣ Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)

♠ Computerised CBT
